We are now looking for a concrete truck driver based in Arentorp. At Fristads Express, you are not just a driver; you are our face to the customer. The construction sites vary, the days look different, and that’s exactly how we want it.

About the job

You deliver concrete to construction sites in a safe, neat, and professional manner. Start times and workplaces can vary from day to day, so flexibility is not just a plus; it is a prerequisite. The customer dictates our daily routine, and you are the one who makes it work in practice.

In addition to driving, you are responsible for:

• Daily inspection of vehicles and equipment
• Basic maintenance
• Thorough cleaning after the work shift

You work independently but are also an important part of the team. Communication, collaboration, and common sense will take you far.

About the position

Base: Arentorp, Vara

Working hours: Monday–Friday

Scope: Full-time

Start: Immediately

We are looking for someone who has:

• CE license
• Valid YKB
• Experience with truck and trailer (meritorious)
• Experience with concrete trucks (meritorious)

Who are you?

You are flexible, responsible, and easily adapt when circumstances change. You have no problem starting from different concrete stations. You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoy collaborating with both customers and colleagues. You speak and write Swedish fluently. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Fristads Express (Aktiebolaget Fristads Expressbyrå) is an established company based in Fristad, just outside Borås. We operate in four business areas:

• Contracting – construction and civil engineering projects
• Recycling – handling and recycling of materials
• Construction materials – gravel, soil, crushed stone, and mulch from our own quarries
• Transport – everything from excavation and crane trucks to concrete trucks
